The homes also come equipped with modern amenities such as vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, linen closets, a microwave, self-cleaning oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and icemaker, ensuring a comfortable and convenient living experience.
We are income restricted community. Households' income may not exceed limits provided below. Rents and income limits can change. Jordan Bayou is open to having a single person rent the 3 bed units. Please contact office for details.
